• Cathy does not file insurance for massage or bodywork and does not accept personal liability cases.
• If you would like to file with your insurance for massage, please let Cathy know and she will provide you with the insurance codes to which she has access.
• Cathy does not guarantee insurance companies will reimburse for any massage or bodywork session.
