Here are a couple of essential oil recipes designed to address gout. If you’re new to essential oils, you may want to try Gout Recipe 2 since it has exact measurements. If you’re more familiar with them, you may enjoy Gout Recipe 1. You can even use both recipes if you’d like.

Give them a try and if you have time, drop a comment tomorrow. I’d love to know how well they worked for you. 🙂

Gout Recipe 1

As a foot soak or in the bath tub, mix lavender, peppermint and any kind of a Relief oil in hot water with Epsom salt. Do not exceed 1 cup of salt. Do not soak for more than 20 minutes maximum.

How much essential oil to use? Let your nose be your guide … mix them until you enjoy the scent of them.

Gout Recipe 2

  • 10 drops Geranium
  • 08 drops Juniper
  • 05 drops Rosemary
  • 03 drops Chamomile
  • 04 drops Lemon
  • 08 drops Tea Tree
  • Carrier Oil: Fractionated Coconut Oil

Mix essential oils into glass bottle with dropper. Add enough carrier oil to fill to top without it over flowing once the dropper is inserted. Drop EO onto affected area and gently rub. At night, rub onto sole of foot before sleeping.
